Shipping Information
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delays may occur for incorrect payment or address details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
- US: 7-12 business days
- Rest of World: 10-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are subject to customs clearance, which can vary by country. Occasionally, factors beyond our control, such as labor disputes, adverse weather conditions, seasonal fluctuations, oversized items, or shipping service provider issues, may affect delivery times. In such cases, we will keep you informed with relevant updates.
Jot & Journeys Shipping Policies:
- Orders cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.
- We are unable to accommodate refund requests beyond 24 hours of purchase.
- In case of delivery failure, a $15 fee applies for re-shipment from the nearest warehouse.
- Please note that customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Jot & Journeys
